The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Illinois move to withdraw their antitrust cases1 from the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d), and the Consumer News and Business Channel Partnership (CNBC) moves to refer Dow Jones/Group W's antitrust suit, No. 91-3101 (MEL) (S.D.N.Y.), to the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to § 157(a).
