OPINION ON STATE'S PETITIONS FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
OVERSTREET, Judge.
Appellant was convicted by a jury of possessing more than 400 grams of phenylacetone and less than 28 grams of methamphetamine. The jury assessed punishment at, respectively, ninety-nine years imprisonment and a $100,000.00 fine, and twenty years confinement and a $10,000.00 fine.
