Cook County Hospital (the hospital), asserted a lien against certain proceeds awarded to plaintiff, Jovan Memedovic, in a personal injury action. The circuit court of Cook County entered judgment in favor of the hospital for the full amount of the lien ($24,840.00). Plaintiff appeals.
