Stacy Hansen entered an Alford plea, pursuant to a written I.C.R. 11(d) plea agreement, to a charge of second degree murder, I.C. § 18-4003(g). After receiving the presentence investigation report, but prior to sentencing, she moved to withdraw her guilty plea on the ground that she had been confused about the minimum sentence she could receive. The district court denied her motion and imposed a unified sentence of fifteen years in the custody...
