(the Association) appeals from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission's (the Commission) order approving the respondents-appellees Indiana Bell Telephone Company's (Bell) and GTE North Incorporated's (GTE) tariffs, claiming the Commission's approval was contrary to law.
