OPINION

BURNETT, Justice.

We questioned whether the judgment in this case was final, to determine whether we had jurisdiction over this appeal. For the reasons given below, we conclude that the judgment is final and that we do have jurisdiction.

Appellee Mark C. Griege succeeded appellant William Jones as the guardian of an incompetent person. Griege sued Jones and alleged that Jones had misappropriated various funds held in trust for the incompetent...
