BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

Alfred Davis was convicted in District Court1 of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (1988). He was sentenced to the fifteen-year mandatory minimum sentence provided by 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1) (1988). He appeals both his conviction and his sentence. We affirm.
