Following a trial by jury, defendant-appellant Carolynn Ritter was found guilty of two counts of corrupt business influence, a Class C felony, and two counts of promoting prostitution, a Class C felony. Defendants-appellants Jeanette Day, Diana Smith, Shauna Beals, and Lori Neuman were each found guilty of one count of corrupt business influence, a Class C felony.
