FAHRNBRUCH, Justice.

Following a bench trial, the district court for Douglas County convicted Bryan J. Kennedy of the theft of approximately $5,000 in equipment from the music department of Ralston High School. Kennedy appeals his conviction and his sentence of not less than 3 nor more than 5 years' imprisonment. We affirm.
