The appellant, John Mark Bliss, appeals from his conviction of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver, a violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-401 (1987). The appellant entered a conditional plea of guilty to the above offense, pursuant to Ark.R.Crim.P. 24.3(b), pending resolution of his motion to suppress.
