Plaintiff, Brian Heino, brought suit arising out of his fall during the construction of the Lake County jail facility. Count I is under the Structural Work Act (Act) (Ill. Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 48, par. 60) and is against certain named defendants, including Mellon Stuart Company, Wagner Ventilating Company and Midwesco, Inc. (defendants herein). Count II is a negligence action and is not a part of this appeal...
