Plaintiff-appellant, Ninette Tillett, appeals a decision of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendantappellee, Tropicana Lounge and Restaurant, Inc.
Tillett accompanied her live-in boyfriend, Matthew Malachowski, to the Tropicana Lounge on the evening of December 9, 1989. The two were separated for most of the night. At closing time, they both left in Malachowski's pick-up truck. On the ride home...
