Movant appeals the denial of his motion to vacate his conviction and sentence under Rule 29.15. We affirm.

Movant was convicted by a jury in September 1985 of one count of sale of a controlled substance in violation of § 195.200.1(4), RSMo Cum.Supp.1984. He was sentenced as a persistent offender to fifteen years' imprisonment. This court affirmed Movant's conviction on direct appeal in State v. Ruff, 729 S.W.2d 556...
