This is our second review of the award of attorneys' fees and costs made against Dr. Stephen Kramer and his attorney/wife, Lauren Kramer. The original appeal was remanded so that the district court could identify the statutory basis of its award and make findings of fact in support of its decision. On this appeal, we reverse the award made under 28 U.S.C. § 1927 against Dr. Kramer. We vacate and remand...
