Jonathan Lewis appeals an adverse final summary judgment holding that he has no right to assert a counterclaim to establish his waterfront rights. In addition, S & T Anchorage, Inc. [Anchorage] appeals a final judgment dismissing its counterclaim for abuse of process; Jonathan and Peter Lewis cross-appeal the final judgment, which also dismisses their counterclaims for abuse of process and breach of fiduciary duty.
