This case comes before the Court on appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court. The appellee, 1301 Connecticut Avenue Associates ("Associates"), has filed a voluntary petition for protection under Chapter 11. One consequence of this petition is an automatic stay of actions by creditors. In an Amended Decision filed on August 14, 1990, the Bankruptcy Court denied a motion by the appellant Resolution Trust Corporation...
