OPINION

MURPHY, Justice.

Appellant was indicted by a grand jury for the offense of murder. Appellant's first trial resulted in a mistrial. In his second trial, appellant entered a plea of not guilty before the jury. He was convicted of the lesser offense of voluntary manslaughter, and the jury assessed punishment at twenty years' confinement. In three points of error, appellant complains of the admission of certain evidence, the court's charge and violations...
