Defendant, John R. Fowler, was charged with the offenses of intimidation and possession of a weapon without a valid firearm owner's identification card. After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of the possession offense and sentenced to 90 days in jail, plus a $1,000 fine. In addition, the trial court ordered the forfeiture of defendant's weapons.
