This case comes to us as an appeal by the State pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 29-2315.01 (Reissue 1989) of an order entered by the district court for York County, Nebraska, which sustained in part the defendant's motion to quash the information charging him with terroristic threats. The court's order declared that part of the state terroristic threats statute is unconstitutional. We find that the statute is constitutional, sustain the exception...
