In this appeal, we are asked to review the district court's interpretation of a general liability insurance policy issued by Appellant Insurance Corporation of Ireland ("ICI") to Southern Illinois University ("SIU"). The issue is whether the policy covered legal expenses incurred by SIU in defending an antitrust lawsuit filed by Humana of Illinois, Inc. ("Humana"). Humana's suit named as defendants SIU and one of its officers, Richard Moy, M.D...
