April 16, 1991.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Stern, Graham & Klepfer by Jerry R. Everhardt and J. Bradley Purcell, Greensboro, for petitioners-appellees.

Wolfe and Collins, P.A. by John G. Wolfe, III and Michael R. Bennett, Kernersville, for respondent-appellant.
