PER CURIAM:

On November 2, 1990, a jury found petitioner guilty of three counts of sexual assault on a minor under the age of fourteen. On January 31, 1991, the district court sentenced petitioner to serve a total of two consecutive life terms in the Nevada State Prison. Petitioner's direct appeal is presently pending in this court.
