ORDER

ELLIS, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on remand from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals for recalculation of two aspects of damages: 1) the damages attributable to a particular 19-day construction delay, and 2) defendant's lost-interest award. For the reasons stated below, the Court concludes that plaintiff is entitled to a revised total principal judgment of $183,386.98.
