On April 3, 1991, 137 Ill.2d 665, 156 Ill.Dec. 561, 571 N.E.2d 148 this Court denied a petition for leave to appeal in the above entitled cause. After further consideration, it is ordered that the order denying the petition for leave to appeal is vacated. The petition for leave to appeal in Howard v. Francis will be held pending a decision by this Court in Flesner v. Youngs Development (1991), 145 Ill.2d 252,
