This is a criminal sentencing case. The sole issue presented is whether it is a violation of I.C. § 18-301 for a trial court to impose two sentences on a defendant who pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and aggravated driving under the influence (DUI) based on the defendant's collision with another vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol.
