GRANT, Justice.

Armstrong Forest Products appeals from a judgment in a suit on a lease that it brought as lessor against Redempco, Inc. and others as lessees. Trial was to the court. The trial court rendered judgment for Armstrong for unpaid rent, taxes, and attorney's fees against all but three of the defendants: Paul Fite, Olan Dreyer, and Dreyer Music Company.
