Defendant Joseph Feekes appeals from a sentence he received under the Sentencing Guidelines following his conviction for using a communication facility to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). At sentencing, the district court departed upward from the recommended offense level for the "use of telephone" conviction because of the amount of drugs involved and the fact that the offense took place inside a federal prison.
