Vallie Rich appeals from a decision of the Circuit Court of Randolph County dismissing the civil action which she filed against her former husband, Donald K. Rich, and his wife, Tammy J. Rich, in which Vallie Rich sought to set aside her former husband's transfer of certain real estate to his second wife.
