Mike Waddoups appeals from the district court's judgment of conviction which imposed a fixed term of twenty years, plus an indeterminate term of ten years, on each of two charges of lewd conduct with a minor. In addition, Waddoups received a fixed term of ten years, plus an indeterminate term of five years, for one charge of sexually abusing a child under the age of sixteen.
