Green Tree Acceptance, Inc. and Woodgate Homes, appellants, bring this appeal from a judgment against them in a deceptive trade practice action brought by Tom Holmes, appellee. That action was tried to the court, which ordered a judgment against appellants for damages, discretionary damages, court costs, and attorney fees.
