Plaintiffs-appellants Daniel Ruggieri, Anthony Frankian, Stephen Radzik, and Paul Bisceglia were nearing retirement age when defendant-appellee Warner & Swasey Co. discharged them from their employment during the winter of 1985-86. Shortly thereafter, plaintiffs filed age discrimination charges with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ("MCAD"), which forwarded their complaints to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ...
