Co., 327 N.C. 419, 394 S.E.2d 807 (1990), that North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company was liable to the plaintiff on a liability insurance policy it had issued to Fannie Porch Fields, the wife of Eddie Darrell Fields.
