Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc. (L.A. Super. Ct. No. SOC 96347) (Williams) and Secard v. Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc. (L.A. Super. Ct. No. SOC 96301) (Secard) and to enter new and different orders granting the motions....
