Defendant Paul Edwin Woolley appeals from his conviction of two counts of forgery, a third-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-501 (1989). Defendant claims the trial court committed reversible error by failing either to remove a juror for cause or to ask questions to probe his potential bias when the juror admitted he had been a victim of forgery.
