This workmen's compensation case has been reviewed by this court previously. See, Jim Walter Resources, Inc. v. John Carl Hall, 516 So.2d 690 (Ala.Civ.App. 1987). There, we reversed the trial court award, which was based on a finding of 80% permanent partial reduction in earning capacity, because there was no evidence in the record rebutting the presumption raised by the employee's higher post-injury wages...
