Plaintiff Ronald C. Young (Young) was officially employed by defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), but worked for defendant Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He was fired effective July 20, 1990. Young alleges he was denied due process because he was not given a hearing concerning the termination. He also alleges breach of contract.
