The issue before this Court is whether recovery of the damages sought by the plaintiff is precluded by the exclusionary provisions of the comprehensive garagekeepers liability insurance policy issued by the defendant insurance company. We conclude that the exclusionary language of the policy prevents recovery of the damages sought by the plaintiff.
