PER CURIAM.

This is a criminal prosecution in which Chester L. Doyle, a minor, was charged with count I, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $300 or more, but not over $1,000; count II, attempted robbery; count III, burglary; and count IV, burglary. A motion to transfer jurisdiction to juvenile court was denied after a hearing. Doyle entered guilty pleas to counts I and III in return for the dismissal of counts II and IV. Doyle was sentenced to imprisonment...
