CHAPA, Justice.

Appellant, Joe Navarro, Sr., appeals his conviction by jury for the offense of tampering with a witness, in which the jury assessed punishment at imprisonment for six years.

The dispositive issues are:

1) whether the trial court committed reversible error in denying appellant's motion to quash because the indictment failed to allege a crime; 2) whether there is insufficient evidence to sustain the conviction...
