Defendant, Vernell Mitchell, appeals two judgments of conviction for first-degree murder entered on a jury verdict. We affirm.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., on April 23, 1978, a neighbor of Linda Gillespie and Gregory McGuire awoke to the sound of five or six gunshots, but did not investigate further.
