HASTINGS, Chief Justice.
Mae E. McClymont appeals from a jury verdict in the amount of $75,000 rendered in favor of Lloyd A. Morgan, the defendant, on his counterclaim. Plaintiff McClymont assigns as error generally the judgment in favor of defendant, the failure of the trial court to direct a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, and the failure to give plaintiff's proposed instruction on the sudden emergency doctrine.
