The appellant, Tony Rice, was convicted of capital murder for remuneration. V.T. C.A. Penal Code, § 19.03(a)(3). The jury returned affirmative answers to each of the special issues and assessed the death penalty. Article 37.071(b), V.A.C.C.P.
