PER CURIAM:

Daniel Martinez-Perez (Martinez) and Edward Dennis appeal their convictions of conspiracy to possess, and possession of, marihuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. Finding no error, we affirm.
