Plaintiff-appellant, Roland F. Waite, and defendant-appellee A.S. Battiato Co., Inc. (the corporation), entered into an employment agreement in 1966. Among other things, this agreement provided for a yearly bonus to be paid to Waite and provided for a termination bonus to be paid to Waite when he left employment with the corporation.
