SEARS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. Appellant pleaded not guilty to the charge. A jury found appellant guilty as charged in the information and the trial court assessed punishment at confinement in the Harris County Jail for 30 days, probated for two years, and a $1,000 fine.
