Appellant, F.E. Butler, Receiver, Et AL, appeals a judgment in favor of appellee, Sebastian De La Cruz, Et Al. This is a land dispute between appellants, who are members of the Guerra family claiming title for the benefit of the Guerra family, and appellees, who are members of the De La Cruz family claiming title under the ten year statute of limitations.
