MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On October 9, 1991, following a four week trial, the jury returned a verdict finding defendant guilty on counts 4, 7, 9, 14, and 16 of mailing threatening communications in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 876, not guilty on nine other counts of mailing threatening communications, and not guilty on two counts of damaging buildings with an explosive device in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 844(i)....
