Plaintiff in this action is the Superintendent of Insurance for the State of Ohio, acting as liquidator for the Oil and Gas Insurance Company ["OGICO"]. He originally brought this action against the defendants in the Court of Common Pleas for Franklin County, Ohio seeking possession of certain assets. The liquidators of defendant Forum Reinsurance Company, Ltd. ["Forum"] thereafter removed the action to this Court...
