On October 4, 1991, plaintiff was awarded fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412. The fees were for legal work before this court resulting in an order of remand dated March 31, 1989, as well as for legal work in administrative proceedings following the remand.
