The Disciplinary Review Board having reported to the Court, recommending that ROBERT E. CASSIDY of PASSAIC, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1978, be disbarred for having violated RPC 1.1(a) and (b), RPC 1.4 and RPC 1.16 by having abandoned his practice without accounting to clients for funds he had received from said clients and for having failed to carry out contracts of employment...
